SCV YOUTH PROJECT POKER NIGHT ATTRACTS HIGH ROLLERS IN SUPPORT OF LOCAL YOUTH –

Written by Margie Anne ClarkVALENCIA, Calif. – It was a full house of bustling proportions during the Santa Clarita Valley Youth Project’s second annual “Hold ‘Em, Not Hassle ‘Em Poker Tournament held on Nov. 1, at the Tournament Players Club Valencia.

Access Hollywood Host, Tony Potts, emceed this year’s lively and well-attended event. Joining in the fun was “Babes in Poker “star Tiffany Michelle, who lent her stylish expertise to the mix.

In addition to Potts and Michelle, additional celebrity guests included KABC’s AM790 Talk radio commentator Larry Elder; Brian Phelps snd Preva Fleischman of the Mark and Brian Show (KLOS), and John Ziegler (Talk Show Host/Film Producer).

The SCV Youth Project provides confidential counseling to youth facing such serious issues as drug/alcohol abuse, anger, divorce, peer pressure, grief/loss, suicide, depression and other problems facing teens today.

Proceeds will benefit the SCV Youth Project, which serves teens on six local high schools and five junior high campuses of the William S. Hart Union High School District.
