ACADEMY MUSEUM OF MOTION PICTURES HOSTS SECOND ANNUAL OSCARS® NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM.

Hollywood, Calif. – On March 12, 2023, on the occasion of the 95th Academy Awards®, the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures hosted its second annual Oscars Night at the Museum. More than 1,500 guests experienced the glitz and glamor of film’s biggest night of the year as they walked the museum’s red carpet in their best Hollywood glam looks.

Throughout the evening, attendees enjoyed music from DJ Toks and a performance by Orquesta Charangoa; explored the museum’s 50,000 square feet of galleries; posed for photo activations; accepted their own award in The Oscars® Experience in the East West Bank Gallery; received a commemorative gift; and had an opportunity to shop for exclusive merchandise at the Academy Museum Store.

The energy of the live broadcast was streamed to the museum’s state of the art David Geffen Theater, hosted by actor, writer and comic D’Lo and writer and actress Dani Fernandez, and Panasonic projectors were used throughout the Academy Museum’s public and special event spaces, so guests never missed a moment of the telecast.

Guests enjoyed a dinner buffet from Wolfgang Puck Catering; fresh De’Longhi coffee, espresso and cocktails, including the Black-Tie Martini and Paloma crafted from their newest coffee innovation “TrueBrew;” a hosted wine bar supported by Clarendelle and Domaine Clarence Dillon, the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures’ official wine partner; and Shake Shack’s latest White Truffle Menu at the Oscars Night at the Museum’s after party.
